Choose the right channel
During a live booking
Use the in-app chat panel — it routes to the assigned driver and (for support questions) our operations team in parallel.
Refunds and disputes
Email us within 7 days of the booking date. Include the booking ID and a description of the issue.
Driver verification
Email us with the subject line "Driver verification — <your name>" if you have document upload or approval questions.
Data / privacy requests
Use the dedicated Account & Data Deletion page, or email with the subject "Data subject request".
Urgent / safety issues
If you face an immediate safety risk on the road or during a delivery, contact the emergency services first (999 in the UK). For platform-side safety incidents (harassment, fraud, suspicious behaviour), email us straight away with the subject line "URGENT SAFETY"; that inbox is monitored outside office hours on a best-effort basis.
