Upright pianos (200-300kg) are moved on piano dollies with two-person crews, wrapped in piano blankets and secured with non-slip straps. Grand pianos (350-550kg) are partially disassembled — legs and lyre removed — laid carefully on a piano board, wrapped, and moved on heavy-duty dollies with three-person crews where stairs are involved. Digital pianos are usually a two-person crew job depending on weight. Goods-in-transit insurance is included; for high-value or concert-grade instruments please flag at booking so additional cover is confirmed.
